1. Log in to your seller account on the BNG Marketplace.
2. Click your initials in the top right.
3. Click Switch to Listing Manager.
4. Click See all listings.
5. Click on the listing you wish to change the legal status of.
6. Click the Actions button.
7. Click Change project status.
8a. If you have not yet secured your legal agreements such as S106s or approval from the necessary Local Planning Authority, please select Pending Legal.
8b. If you have secured your legal agreements and approval from the necessary Local Planning Authority, please select Available.
9. If you set your listing to Edit Mode or your listing is in draft, you must Submit for Approval so the Gaia Team can review and publish your changes. You will get an email confirming it has been approved.
If you don't have this button, it just means your listing has remained published, the legal status has been updated, and you're done.
