1. Navigate to Organisation Settings
From the top navigation menu select the Settings icon.
From the main sidebar, go to Company Settings → Overview.
This is where you configure company-level options like Scope 3 categories, subsidiaries, and product-level accounting.
2. Upload Your Company Logo (Optional)
Click on the “Update company logo” button to add branding.
This will appear in exported reports and dashboards, especially useful for client-facing outputs.
3. Confirm Your Company Name
This field shows your registered organisation name. If you need to edit it, click the ✏️ icon in the top right corner of the “Company Name” box.
4. Select Relevant Scope 3 Categories
Scroll down to the Scope 3 Categories section.
Toggle on the categories that apply to your business (based on your emissions boundary).
Each category is grouped into:
Upstream: activities from suppliers or prior stages in the value chain.
Downstream: activities that occur after your product leaves your control.
💡 Hover over the ⓘ icons next to each category for a quick description.
Examples:
Turn on Business Travel if your team flies or uses trains for work.
Enable Purchased Goods and Services if you procure raw materials or office supplies.
If you sell physical products, you may want to enable Processing of Sold Products and End-of-Life Treatment.`
5. Subsidiaries
Toggle Subsidiaries on if your organisation includes other legal entities you want to track under a single umbrella.
You’ll be able to assign emissions data to specific subsidiaries later.
6. Enable Product Carbon Footprinting (Optional)
Turn this on if you want to measure the cradle-to-gate or full lifecycle emissions of individual products.
7. Set a Default Assignee
Use the dropdown at the bottom to set a Default Assignee for new tasks or data entries. This helps streamline workflow by automatically assigning responsibility to a team member.
