Custom screen labels allow you to rename key sections of Gaia Carbon Accounting so the platform reflects your internal terminology.
For example, you might use “Sites” instead of “Locations” or “Vendors” instead of “Suppliers”.
Changes apply across the platform for all users.
Who can update custom screen labels?
Only Admins can update custom screen labels.
How to update custom screen labels
Go to Settings
Select Company Settings
Click Custom Screen Labels
Choose the label you want to change
Enter a singular and plural name
Save your changes
Updates apply immediately.
Available labels
You can customise the following:
Organisation
Subsidiary
Location
Vehicle
Project
Supplier
Product
Each supports both singular and plural forms.

Changes affect all users
This only changes display names
No data, calculations, or reports are altered
